Using the website

The site is designed around labelled forms, standard links and buttons, visible keyboard focus and a skip-to-content link. Product options use standard form controls. You can use browser zoom to increase the size of content.

Expandable questions can be opened using their headings. Essential product details and enquiry actions are available in text, alongside product imagery.

Motion and reading

The site includes visual motion and is designed to respect a reduced-motion preference where the interface uses animation. You can set that preference in your device’s accessibility settings.

Product information should remain available without relying on a moving image, colour alone or a hover effect.

We have not yet completed an independent accessibility conformance audit. If a page or control is difficult to use, we want to know which step prevented you from continuing.

Support pages link to manufacturer websites and documents hosted elsewhere. Their accessibility can differ from this site. If a guide is difficult to use, identify the guide and the information you need in a support enquiry.
