These terms describe use of the RemTech website during its pre-order enquiry stage. Separate purchase terms will be provided before paid orders.

Browsing and pre-order requests

You can explore the catalogue, select product variants, save a basket and submit an enquiry. Products marked Pre-order are not stocked for immediate dispatch.

A basket, enquiry reference or request confirmation acknowledges the information you submitted. It does not confirm a sale, reserve stock or commit either party to a price or delivery date. A paid order requires a separate confirmed offer and your agreement to proceed.

Products and compatibility

Product details are based on manufacturer information and may change. Tell us the intended use, connected devices and mounting requirements so the proposed configuration can be checked before purchase.

Manufacturer documentation should be followed for setup, operation and care. A service listing for a trial, rental, repair or gift option invites an enquiry; its availability and terms must be confirmed individually.

Prices and delivery

RemTech uses Australian dollars. Where a price has not been set, the catalogue displays Pre-order. Shipping, availability and any destination-specific arrangements are confirmed in the offer before payment.

An international enquiry or listed country is not a commitment to supply that destination.

Your account and submissions

Use accurate contact details, keep your sign-in credentials private and submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not use the forms to send abusive content, spam or material that interferes with the service.

For custom work, sending an idea does not commission a design. Scope, deliverables, payment and any rights to design files must be agreed separately if a project proceeds.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. The ACCC explains consumer rights and guarantees.
